Founder of Nananère Pâtisserie in Paris, Camille Labbé, has specialised in baking traditional French pâtisserie with a twist and cake design for the past 5 years. 

While in Paris, she has worked for various restaurants (Pas Vu Pas Pris, Gamelle, Chez Bouboule, Mamma Roma), children's events and creative agencies (Bliss Events, Giromela, Moma Event, Agence Ludique, Difadom) and consumer brands (Carven, Atelier Cologne, Nivea, Youtube, Citroën, Kenzo)

 

Since moving to Oslo, she has started Fait Maison, to bring your favourite mouth-watering pâtisseries directly to your home, restaurant or company.

Fait Maison, meaning homemade, is all about keeping it simple, rustic with the indulgent taste and creativity of French pâtisserie.
